Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our website www.europeanoncologylab.com.

Contractual Partner
The purchase contract is concluded with European Oncology Lab.

Products and Delivery
We offer ColoAlert tests intended for the early detection of colorectal cancer. After receipt of payment, the test will be shipped to the delivery address provided.

Prices and Payment Terms
All prices listed on the website are in euros and do not include value-added tax (VAT), as the ColoAlert product is tax-exempt in Germany.

Liability
Our liability is limited to cases provided for by applicable law. We do not guarantee a specific accuracy of the test results, as these may depend on various factors.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the purchase contract, German law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of our company.
