Return and Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds for ColoAlert tests sold by us. As these are medical tests that cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, returns or exchanges are excluded. We recommend ensuring that the product is suitable for your needs before making a purchase.

Medical devices, especially sterile, single-use, and/or personalized products, are excluded from return for hygiene and data protection reasons. In accordance with distance selling regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Within this period, we will refund the amount paid, minus a fee of EUR 30.00 to cover the costs of test materials, shipping, return postage, and handling.
