1. Shipping within Germany
Shipping and return shipping of samples are free of charge for our customers within Germany.
The sample shipping materials, along with detailed instructions for returning your sample, will be sent to you with your order.

2. Shipping outside Germany
Customers outside Germany will also receive the necessary sample shipping materials by post.
Please note: Customers outside Germany are responsible for organizing and covering the cost of returning their samples. We recommend using Priority Mail for returns to ensure fast and secure delivery.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for delays or damage caused by improper shipping.

3. General information
All samples should be properly packaged and shipped in accordance with the instructions provided.
